FLIGHT CENTRE USA - JUNE 2015 - APRIL 2020 : December 2023 - PRESENT Independent Agent For ENVOYAGE
I joined Flight Centre as an Travel Sales Agent, under their company Liberty Travel. My daily duties included building travel packages with flights, hotel, tours and travel insurance. In this position I met our monthly sale goals. After two years in this position I transferred to Flight Centre's wholesale web department. As the Assistant Team Leader Of GOGO VACATIONS; I monitored the website to ensure functionality, tracked and maintained web error logs and created work orders accordingly. I made recommendations for enhancements using customer feedback. I served as a liaison between our company and our external developers. I hosted webinars for our new travel sales clients and trained them on how to best use our booking engine. I maintained an open line of communication with our clients; meeting their business needs in a timely manner. I was also responsible for assisting our travel sales web team and building travel packages for our customers who had difficulty using our website.
In December 2023 I joined Flight Centre again under their Independent Travel Agent program for their new brand Envoyage incorporating my travel brand Clever Travels LLC.
WDM LLC WEB DESIGNER AND DEVELOPER 2012 - PRESENT
I have custom built, designed and developed websites to the client's specifications. My past clients have included Real Estate Agencies, Law Firms, Restaurants and Informative Websites. I was responsible for leading the creative look and functionality of each site including promotional graphics, development of content and user experience. I also managed their monthly email marketing campaigns when requested. I have launched apps to the IOS And Google Play Store.
Redfin Real Estate December 2021 - PRESENT
I am under contract to tour homes with Redfin Real Estate clients. During the evening hours and weekends I meet their clients at properties they have requested to view. I pass their feedback to their lead agent who then assists them in the buying process. I control my calendar and choose when I am available to them; I have currently committed my evening and every weekend to Redfin Real Estate but I will adjust for any future employment.
